Broadview Elementary School, located in the beautiful Bellaire Addition of Weirton, WV, serves approximately 275 students in grades K-4. A West Virginia School of Excellence, a West Virginia Healthy Schools Silver Award winner, a recipient of a state beautification award, and an excellent PTA that boasts 100% membership are but a few of Broadview's accolades. With the assistance of Hancock County Savings Bank, our partner in education, Broadview will continue to develop new and innovative programs to ensure success for every student while encouraging community and parental involvement. Our mission statement, “Together…Striving to Accomplish Our Best,” is reflected in our students, parents, and staff working cooperatively to improve student achievement and provide total growth for Liberty's students.  Liberty School is ready to meet the challenges of the future so that all students will learn. Liberty’s teachers have high expectations and will strive to use all resources available to provide students with an excellent foundation that will prepare them for the workplace and for healthy living.  Through integration of technology into the daily curriculum, teachers will incorporate the skills needed for both formal schooling and workplace readiness.  As a result, Liberty ’s students will be better prepared to be employers and employees and will be productive members of the workplace and community.

 

Liberty Elementary School is respected in the community for its dedication to educating today’s youth and for its numerous awards, ranks as one of the best schools in the tri-state area.  Some of the awards are WV School of Excellence, WV Blue Ribbon School, WV Exemplary School, and Title I Distinguished School Award.

New Manchester Elementary serves approximately 328 students from Pre-K-4.  Their mission statement, “in partnership with home, school, and community, is to provide a safe learning environment that promotes a quality education for all students enabling them to develop into productive citizens.”  They are a West Virginia School of Excellence.  Their dedicated teaching staff sets high standards for their students and provides them with the foundation necessary to achieve success.  Their PTA is very involved and some of their current projects are: “Building a Library” and beginning the First phase of the Playground.  The School’s Business Partners are Country Corner and !st National Community Bank.

Weirton Heights Elementary continually strives to put the students first by attending to individual needs thus ensuring- "No child will be left behind!"
Weirton Heights Elementary serves approximately 325 students in grades K-4. Weirton Heights has been an Exemplary School for three consecutive years due to their high test scores and attendance. The school has also been designated a Title I National Distinguished School. WHES participates in the March of Dimes Walk, United Way Walk, Carnegie Science Center Shop n Save Receipt program and a pop tab drive for the Ronald McDonald House. Its business partner is United National Bank.

A.T. Allison, A School of Excellence, serves approximately 450 students in grades Kindergarten through Fourth Grade.  Our mission statement, “All for Learning” and “Learning for All,” expresses our belief that, through collaborative efforts, all students can succeed.  We are committed to working cooperatively with our students, parents, and community to ensure all students achieve success.  By using a variety of instructional strategies in a 21st century learning environment, we strive for our students to become productive members of society.  

.A. T. Allison Elementary School has many programs which benefit our students.  We have a Title I Program, a Positive Behavior Supports Program, and Walk Across America, among others.  We work closely with an outstanding PTA and community to provide exceptional, educational programs for our students.
